  • I know Sewzannes.com is also a popular site, but they SOAKED me on shipping, $17 shipping for 3 yards of fabric from the US to Canada!!! I have had sample yardages sent across the boarder for years and nobody has ever charged more than $8 for shipping. It took FOREVER to get here too. For that much $, I would expect it to be flown here within 3 days by magical pixies or something.


    On a more positive note, www.greentextile.com/ has organic velour and sells sample yardages. They don't have it listed on the site, but they will send it if you call. I have purchased some from them and it's gorgeous!
